Saint Lucy Filippini (Italian: Santa Lucia Filippini) (13 January 1672 – 25 March 1732) is venerated as a Roman Catholic saint. She was orphaned at an early age. With Rose Venerini to train school teachers and co-founded the Pious Matrons, a group dedicated to the education of girls. She was called to Rome by Pope Clement XI to start a school there. She died of Breast cancer in 1732.
